In order to thank all employees of the company for their hard work for a year, strengthen the culture construction and improve the cohesion between the various departments of the company. Subtextile held a team building activity in Tangshan Mine Park last friday.
Tangshan Mine Park is located north of Meiquan Road in Tangshan National Tourism Resort and south of Tangshan Mountain. It was once the largest abandoned mine in Tangshan Mountain-Longquan Quarry.
In line with the purpose of eliminating barriers and improving teamwork ability, a number of game activities have been carried out. The enthusiasm of the team members was high, and the desired effect was achieved. In normal work, everyone has a lot of contacts and exchanges, but this time we will group all the personnel and establish a team for each activity project. According to the game design, everyone needs to cooperate with each other. These games allow everyone to talk spontaneously through close physical contact and draw the distance between them. Although these team building games are fun, they are also challenging and competitive. So before the start of the game, the members of each group had discussions in the group, making suggestions and seeking ways to accelerate victory. Everyone contributes their own mental and physical labor for the victory of the entire group, and is closely united for the common goal.
At noon we had a pleasant self-service barbecue. After lunch, it is free time. As the sun sets, the team building this time has come to an end. This activity not only relaxes everyone's body and mind, but also improves everyone's sense of collective honor and team awareness.
