Last Friday, the Subtextile 2021 first-half summary meeting was successfully held and ended. The meeting consisted of four agendas including reports from representatives of various departments, a summary speech by the general manager, questions and answers for employees, and annual awards.
Every step of Subtextile's success is not only the credit of the department leaders but also the hard work of every employee in the department. This year's meeting also adopted a new format, with employee representatives from each department reporting on their work. Many new faces who were on the podium for the first time also showed a different look from their daily work in this meeting. The whole reporting process changed from the seriousness and tension of the past and added more interest. In a harmonious atmosphere, everyone learned about the operation of the company's various departments in the first half of the year and had a clearer understanding of the work deployment of each department in the second half of the year.
General manager Allen's summary speech has always been a key part of the conference, and this time he has written a poem. Allen said: We had faced difficulties such as the epidemic and rising freight rates in the past six months, but the partners of each port are still strong. Not only did they create a gratifying one-day sales performance, but also brought us closer to the goals set at the beginning of the year. They are all worthy of our applause and applause for ourselves. On this basis, the country is constantly developing and growing. We believe that in the near future, Subtextile's goal will be achieved step by step!
The finale of the conference was the employee awards section for employees who have been employed for one and three years.
