We specially organized a "Subtextile Knowledge Competition", which is both learning and relaxing, working in fun, and improving in activities!
The process of this activity is as follows:
The first stage: compulsory answer section
The second stage: quick answer section
The third stage: teamwork
The fourth stage: the jury comment and vote
In addition, to contest answers and group confrontations, this event also set up a professional jury and a public jury. Professional reviewers are responsible for professional reviews and authoritative explanations. The public review panel can vote based on the performance of each team!
There are 5 teams in total, and each team has a balanced distribution of strength, with players from different departments. Each team gave themselves team names and slogans to increase morale. Although the names of the teams are different, it is not difficult to see that the determination to win is the same! In the first stage, the questions were relatively basic, and the teams played relatively stable. What really opened up the score gap was the answering session, which not only tested the professional solidity but also tested the reaction speed of the players raising their hands. The atmosphere on site is very warm.
There are a total of 5 questions (thinking questions) for teamwork, and each team decides the questions by drawing lots, and then discusses and answers the questions. Each team member thinks from their own work and discusses together from different angles to give the final answer.
In this link, whether to get a high score is not the most important, what is really important is the process of collision, communication, and cooperation between team members.
This time, the general manager Allen and the heads of various departments were invited to serve as professional reviewers, which provided a guarantee for the professionalism of the competition.
After three rounds of competition, the fourth team won the favor of two public judges, and finally won second place by 7 points and won the grand prize! In addition to the championship prizes, we have prepared a small gift for every partner participating in this competition.
