In April 2020, the state proposed the "six guarantees" task, first of which is to protect people's livelihood and employment. According to statistics, the number of graduates employed this year is as high as 8.5 million. As an enterprise, it also has its own social responsibility and political consciousness. Ensuring employment, recruiting fresh graduates, and providing graduates with better job opportunities and development paths are major events for Hanrun this year! Since the resumption of work from the epidemic, the company has recruited nearly 20 fresh graduates. Set up a systematic and comprehensive training system for management trainees, and launched a two-day "ice-breaking operation" at the beginning of this month!
 
The icebreaking operation is from November 3rd to November 4th. It is divided into four stages. At each stage, 30 minutes for everyone to discuss in groups, 5 minutes for each group to summarize the plan, and final 10 minutes for judges to comment and score. After the four stages are all over, the total score will be calculated based on the scores of each link by each group. The group with the highest total score will be selected as the "Best TEAM" and will be awarded with exquisite gifts. The main purpose of our ice-breaking is to help trainees to familiarize with the business processes, understand the shortcomings and missing links in the current stage of the business, to promote exchanges between new employees across departments.



 
Despite various problems appeared during the event, such as unfamiliarity with the process, uncertainty with the content of the invoice, etc., everyone calmly thought about solutions to the problems and reviewed the content that the lecturer had trained before. With joint efforts, all groups have completed the orders.



 
After the event, all the trainees submitted their own experiences during the past two days. Someone said that this icebreaking operation was very successful, someone said that I learned about the real business process after participating in this icebreaking, which is far greater than participating in 10 theoretical knowledge trainings, and someone said that if there are more icebreaking activities, must participate again! Of course, the trainees also put forward some good suggestions for this action.
 
The ice-breaking operation has come to an end. It is hoped that the management trainees participating in this ice-breaking can apply the skills they have learned to practical work, give full play to their personal advantages, and do everything down to earth.
